Howard Hesseman, star of ‘WKRP in Cincinnati,’ dead at 81

Howard Hesseman, who played radio disc jockey Dr. Johnny Fever on “WKRP in Cincinnati,” died Saturday at age 81.

The actor handed away Saturday afternoon adhering to issues from a colon medical procedures in Los Angeles, his supervisor Robbie Kass, who verified his death, told CNN in an e-mail.
