Kissing Fran Drescher made ‘Nanny’ star’s kids upset

Turns out Maxwell Sheffield didn’t like kissing Fran Great.

Inspite of “The Nanny” likely off the air some 22 yrs in the past, star Charles Shaughnessy is hunting again on his time doing the job with star Fran Drescher in the ’90s sitcom.

The British actor, 66, discovered that his daughters weren’t so eager on possessing their father plant a smooch on Drescher, 63, for the duration of filming.

He also recalled some of his very best memories from the present. “My most favored thing about the display was the guest stars,” he said. “We kicked off in Episode 2 with Carol Channing and then went by means of all the type of Broadway [stars], Marvin Hamlisch and Burt Bacharach. Then we went into Elton John. We experienced Ray Charles coming on as Auntie Yetta’s boyfriend. Elizabeth Taylor!”

Shaughnessy’s most latest gig is enjoying ISA agent Shane Donovan on “Days of Our Life: Outside of Salem.” The actor reprised his purpose in the 5-component confined series spinoff of “Days of Our Lives.”
