The actuality star spoke to his ex, Kourtney Kardashian, in a new clip from the final year of “Preserving Up with the Kardashians,” which premieres on Sunday.
“I assume folks arrive into our life and assume it’s probably easier than they assume,” he reported. “But it’s quite accurate that we arrive with a good deal of baggage. It is undoubtedly not simple that we see every other, operate with each other and are close friends.”
