It was a wet working day in KwaZulu-Natal on Monday ten February. The dreary climate was quite the distinction to the reason at the rear of my go to.
I was loaded into a taxi alongside with seven pupils at the King Shaka airport as we created our way to Zimbali Vacation resort. The rain did not faze them – they carried sunshine in their hearts. Nowadays was a joyous event for them.
These pupils, all of various ages, from various backgrounds, with various fields of research, were being on their way to satisfy South African actress Nomzamo Mbatha.
But this was not the ordinary satisfy-and-greet. The pupils were being recipients of bursaries from Nomzamo’s Lighthouse Foundation.
I created dialogue with some of them as we took the travel by means of the winding KZN road.
