France is honouring the US-born 20th Century singer and activist Josephine Baker with a location in the Pantheon on Tuesday.
She’s the very first black female to be remembered in the resting position of France’s national heroes, by way of her perform on civil rights and for the Resistance in the course of the 2nd World War.
