Ricky Gervais: People get ‘cancelled’ for the wrong reasons

Just after Lifestyle and The Business office creator Ricky Gervais has explained he thinks some people get “cancelled” on the web for the wrong explanations.

“No-1 really cares about the argument any much more or the theory, they just treatment about who’s expressing it,” he explained.

He informed BBC Radio five Live’s Nihal Arthanayake that he feels it is simpler to get cancelled on Twitter due to the fact people can just glimpse at every other’s profiles and attack an individual who has the opposite “qualifications” to them. “It falls into tribes,” he explained.
