British pop star Ed Sheeran stated Sunday he has tested beneficial for COVID-19 and will do interviews and performances from his household even though he self-isolates.
Sheeran, 30, broke the news on social media times prior to his new studio album is thanks out.
“Quick notice to convey to you that I’ve sadly examined constructive for Covid, so I am now self-isolating and adhering to federal government tips,” Sheeran wrote on Instagram. “It implies that I’m now unable to plough in advance with any in person commitments for now, so I am going to be doing as lots of of my planned interviews/performances I can from my home. Apologies to any one I have permit down.”
Sheeran experienced just been introduced as the musical visitor on NBC’s Saturday Night Stay on Nov. 6.
Representatives did not immediately say which performances he is cancelling and which he will carry out from house.
Sheeran’s official web page lists no performances prior to April. The 4-time Grammy winner’s new studio album is named =, which is pronounced Equals.
